I finally made a creation using the electronic machineshop type factory system of Ponoko. They allow users to submit design files to be cut via laser cutters. After figuring out how to put my design ideas into the correct digital format (via Inkscape), I was able to submit the file for production. I was able to fool around with some of the cutting and engraving features offered by Ponoko. As for my creation...let's just say it is still a work in progress.
